2026年5月12日，上海博爱方本律师事务所合伙人毛金奇律师应邀出席了DOMEL集团80周年暨多麦苏州成立20周年的庆典活动。

On May 12, 2026, Mr. Rafael Mao, Partner of Shanghai Fangben Law Firm, was invited to attend the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the DOMEL Group and the 20th anniversary of Domel Suzhou, hosted by Domel Electric Motors Suzhou Co. Ltd.

本次庆典汇聚了来自中斯两国的重要嘉宾。斯洛文尼亚驻上海领事馆馆长李美霞女士（Ms. Mira Lesjak）、多麦集团首席执行官Matjaž Čemažar先生出席并致辞，多麦机电（苏州）有限公司全体员工及主要客户、合作伙伴代表共同到场，与企业一同庆祝这一具有里程碑意义的双重周年。

The celebration brought together distinguished guests from both China and Slovenia. Ms. Mira Lesjak, Head of Mission of the Consulate of the Republic of Slovenia in Shanghai, and Mr. Matjaž Čemažar, CEO of the Domel Group, attended and delivered remarks. All employees of Domel Electric Motors Suzhou Co. Ltd., together with representatives from key customers and business partners, joined the company in marking this milestone double anniversary.

庆典在热烈的氛围中拉开帷幕。多麦机电（苏州）有限公司负责人发表致辞，回顾了公司自1946年于斯洛文尼亚起步的80年发展历程——从16人的金属加工合作社，到如今在斯洛文尼亚、中国苏州、塞尔维亚拥有三大生产基地的国际化企业。八十年来，“低噪音、高效率、长寿命”的产品理念与“忠诚、创新、尊重人性”的企业价值观，助力DOMEL赢得了全球市场的认可。

The celebration began in a warm and festive atmosphere. The head of Domel Electric Motors Suzhou Co. Ltd. delivered a speech, reviewing the company’s 80-year journey since its founding in Slovenia in 1946 — from a 16-person metalworking cooperative to an international enterprise with three major production bases in Slovenia, Suzhou (China), and Serbia. Over the past eight decades, the product philosophy of “low noise, high efficiency, long life” and the corporate values of “loyalty, innovation, and respect for humanity” have enabled DOMEL to earn recognition from global markets.

多麦集团管理层回顾了集团实际远不止80年的发展历程，同时也回顾了多麦集团2006年落户苏州工业园区至今的20年本土化历程。苏州不仅是其全球制造版图的重要一环，更是服务中国市场的核心枢纽。凭借欧洲研发实力与苏州精益制造的结合，DOMEL产品已广泛应用于家用清洁、医疗设备及汽车电动化领域，持续为中国客户提供高品质动力解决方案。

DOMEL Group's management reviewed the Group's history — which in fact extends well beyond 80 years — along with the 20-year localization journey since DOMEL settled in Suzhou Industrial Park in 2006. Suzhou is not only an important part of its global manufacturing footprint but also a core hub serving the Chinese market. Leveraging European R&D capabilities and Suzhou's lean manufacturing, DOMEL's products have been widely used in household cleaning, medical devices, and automotive electrification, continuously providing high-quality power solutions to Chinese customers.

同时，多麦集团管理层也感谢了公司团队与合作伙伴的共同坚守，并表示DOMEL苏州将继续依托集团80年的技术积淀，深耕中国市场，并服务全球。

DOMEL Group's management also thanked the company’s team and partners for their steadfast support and stated that DOMEL Suzhou will continue to rely on the Group’s 80 years of technological heritage to further cultivate the Chinese market while serving customers worldwide.

斯洛文尼亚位于欧洲中南部，是一个拥有良好工业与科技基础的现代化国家，在汽车制造、机电、高新技术及制药等领域具有传统优势。值得一提的是，1992年5月12日中斯两国正式建立外交关系——这与多麦苏州本次庆典的日子恰好同为5月12日，颇具纪念意义。目前在华投资的斯洛文尼亚企业数量仍较为有限，DOMEL正是其中扎根中国、深耕苏州的代表。中国持续扩大高水平对外开放，苏州工业园区作为中国对外开放的窗口，始终欢迎包括斯洛文尼亚在内的更多优质海外企业来华投资兴业。

Slovenia, located in south-central Europe, is a modern economy with strong foundations in industry and technology, with traditional strengths in automotive manufacturing, electrical machinery, high technology, and pharmaceuticals. Notably, China and Slovenia formally established diplomatic relations on May 12, 1992 — the very same date on which Domel Suzhou held this anniversary celebration, lending the occasion an added layer of significance. Slovenian companies investing in China remain relatively few in number, and DOMEL stands as a leading example of a Slovenian enterprise that has taken root in China and grown its presence in Suzhou.
